Privacy policy

Who is responsible

This website belongs to Yunguer Dvorak Mendes, a software engineer based in Niterói, Brazil. For any question about your data, write to yunguerd@gmail.com.

This policy follows the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and the principles of the GDPR.

Analytics

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It does not use cookies, does not identify you and does not follow you across other websites. It records aggregated information only: the page visited, the referring website, the country and the type of device and browser.

Visits are recognized by a hash of the request that changes every day and is never stored, so no profile of you is created.

Contact form

When you send a message, the form collects your name, email, organization, topic and message. They are used only to read and answer your message and are delivered by email through Google's Gmail service. You also receive a copy of the confirmation at the email you typed.

The messages stay in my inbox while the conversation is useful and are never sold, shared for marketing or added to newsletters. You can ask me to delete them at any time.

Embedded videos

Some project pages show teasers hosted on YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. After that, the video is served from youtube-nocookie.com and YouTube's own privacy policy applies to that playback.

Cookies and storage

The site does not set cookies and does not store data in your browser.

Like any website, the hosting provider (Vercel) processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages and protect the service from abuse.
